This website presents general information about Holden Enterprises, its equipment, content and catalog. Project requirements, prices, availability, compatibility, quantities, delivery terms and other commitments must be confirmed through the applicable quote, product listing or direct agreement.

Contact form

Submitting a message does not create a contract, production commitment or guaranteed response time. Do not submit payment-card information, passwords or unrelated sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Made-to-Order Build Plates

Build plates are manufactured to order based on the printer model, steel type, surface material and other options selected by the customer. Because build plates are made to order, they are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Holden Enterprises, LLC.

Shipping Damage

If a build plate arrives damaged during shipping, the customer should contact Holden promptly and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Holden will work with the customer to replace products confirmed to have been damaged in transit.

Customer Use and Installation

Holden Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, printer setup, calibration, operation, maintenance or other customer use. This includes, without limitation, damage caused by a printer nozzle contacting or dragging across the build plate, incorrect Z-offset or bed leveling, excessive force during part removal, or use outside recommended operating conditions. Damage resulting from customer use or printer malfunction is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Permitted use

Visitors may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. Attempts to disrupt, probe, automate abuse or gain unauthorized access to the site or its administration area are prohibited.
