Your drawing tells us what the part needs to be. Understanding how it will be used helps us choose a practical way to manufacture it.
Our background in machine design, robotic tooling and manufacturing brings an engineering perspective to CNC machining. We look for opportunities to simplify setups, improve fixtures and remove work that adds cost without improving the part.
We're engineers and machinists. We like making things—and we really like finding ways to make them cheaper.
We don't just manufacture the drawing. We look at how to manufacture the part.
That can mean moving a feature, reconsidering a tolerance, changing the setup or choosing another material or process. The purpose is practical: make the component do its job while reducing unnecessary manufacturing work.

A new part might begin as a prototype or a small production run. Repeat orders create opportunities to improve the process as demand grows.
Dedicated fixtures, better workholding and fewer setups can reduce the work required for each part. When the volume justifies it, automation and robotic tending can become part of that plan.

Aluminum is where we do some of our strongest work. We routinely machine 6061, 7075 and MIC-6/ATP tooling plate, with practical experience in cutting tools, feeds and speeds and efficient workholding.
We also welcome engineering plastics, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel and other appropriate materials. The application determines the right choice.

Our Haas DC-1 is a compact production machine equipped for high-speed machining, fourth-axis work and efficient setups. Probing, tool measurement and quick-change workholding support the process from setup through production.
As the work grows, dedicated fixtures and robotic tending can be added when the investment makes economic sense.

Manufacturing cost comes from many decisions: the cutting tool, the setup, the fixture, the inspection plan and how much handling a process requires.
Our owner's Six Sigma Green Belt supports a practical mindset: find waste, eliminate it and keep improving the process. We look at the work around the machine as well as the time it spends cutting.
We're not trying to become the biggest machine shop. We're trying to become a really efficient one.
If there's a problem with your part, we'll tell you. If we see a more practical way to manufacture it, we'll tell you. We do what we said we're going to do.
Based in Wilmington, Ohio, we can work with regional manufacturers in person and serve customers throughout the United States with shippable production work.
