Our background in machine design, robotic tooling and manufacturing brings an engineering perspective to CNC machining. We look for opportunities to simplify setups, improve fixtures and remove work that adds cost without improving the part.

Dedicated fixtures, better workholding and fewer setups can reduce the work required for each part. When the volume justifies it, automation and robotic tending can become part of that plan.

Especially good at aluminum.

Aluminum is where we do some of our strongest work. We routinely machine 6061, 7075 and MIC-6/ATP tooling plate, with practical experience in cutting tools, feeds and speeds and efficient workholding.

We also welcome engineering plastics, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel and other appropriate materials. The application determines the right choice.

Built around speed.

Our Haas DC-1 is a compact production machine equipped for high-speed machining, fourth-axis work and efficient setups. Probing, tool measurement and quick-change workholding support the process from setup through production.

  • 10,000 RPM spindle with BT30 tooling

  • Automatic door and pneumatic workholding support
  • Cutting feed up to approximately 1,200 IPM

Our owner's Six Sigma Green Belt supports a practical mindset: find waste, eliminate it and keep improving the process. We look at the work around the machine as well as the time it spends cutting.

We're not trying to become the biggest machine shop. We're trying to become a really efficient one.
